Booking Your Appointment
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and provider.
Arriving on Time
Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can relax and we can get started on time.
If you’re running late, let us know! We’ll do our best to adjust, but your session may need to be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.
Deposits for Certain Services
Some treatments or packages may require a deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits help us reserve your spot and prepare everything you need for your visit.
Deposits are applied toward your final balance but may be forfeited if you cancel late or don’t show up.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee may apply, and prepayment may be required for future bookings.

Refunds on Services
Because our treatments are personalized and results can vary, we generally do not issue refunds on services already received.
If you’re ever unhappy with your experience, please let us know right away—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Refunds on Products
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange.
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Deposits & Prepayments
If a service required a deposit, it will be applied to your total at checkout.
Deposits may be forfeited if cancellations are made late or for no-shows (see Appointments & Cancellations).
Sales & Promotions
