    • Deadlines: If we set timelines together, your cooperation in meeting them ensures we can keep your project on track.

    • Respect & Professionalism: Just as we commit to treating you with respect and professionalism, we ask the same in return. A great partnership makes the best projects.

We’ll always do our best to guide you through the process, but keeping your side of the agreement helps us create the best possible results for you.

4. Code of Conduct

5. Appointments & Cancellations

We’re so excited to welcome you to ReVive! To keep everything running smoothly and to respect both your time and ours, here’s what you need to know:

  1. Booking Your Appointment

    • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

    • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and provider.

  2. Arriving on Time

    • Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can relax and we can get started on time.

    • If you’re running late, let us know! We’ll do our best to adjust, but your session may need to be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client.

  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.

  4. Deposits for Certain Services

    • Some treatments or packages may require a deposit at the time of booking.

    • Deposits help us reserve your spot and prepare everything you need for your visit.

    • Deposits are applied toward your final balance but may be forfeited if you cancel late or don’t show up.

  5. No-Shows

    • If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee may apply, and prepayment may be required for future bookings.

This way, we can continue offering the best service possible to you and all our wonderful clients.

6. Payments & Refunds

We want payments to be as simple and stress-free as your visit. Here’s how it works:

  1. Payment Methods

    • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.

    • Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

  2. Packages & Gift Cards

    • Prepaid packages and gift cards are a great way to save and share the ReVive experience.

    • These are non-refundable but never expire, unless stated otherwise.

  3. Refunds on Services

    • Because our treatments are personalized and results can vary, we generally do not issue refunds on services already received.

    • If you’re ever unhappy with your experience, please let us know right away—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

  4. Refunds on Products

    • Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange.

    • Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

  5. Deposits & Prepayments

    • If a service required a deposit, it will be applied to your total at checkout.

    • Deposits may be forfeited if cancellations are made late or for no-shows (see Appointments & Cancellations).

  6. Sales & Promotions

    • Promotional pricing and special offers are valid only during the stated promotional period.

    • Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically noted.

    • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases or appointments.

At ReVive, we believe in transparency and fairness. Our goal is always to keep things simple, clear, and client-friendly.

7. Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions

We love helping you (and your loved ones) enjoy more self-care for less. Here’s how our gift cards, packages, and promos work:

  1. Gift Cards

    • Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used toward services or retail products.

    • They’re non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Treat them like cash—lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

  2. Packages

    • Prepaid service packages are a great way to save and commit to your wellness journey.

    • Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with our approval.

    • All packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

  3. Promotions & Discounts

    • Special offers, seasonal discounts, and promotions are valid only during the promotional period.

    • Unless otherwise stated, promos cannot be combined with other discounts, gift cards, or package pricing.

    • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases or appointments.

  4. Sharing the Love

    • Packages and gift cards make wonderful gifts! Just let us know if you’d like it beautifully packaged for someone special.
